I was really impressed with the Japanese-style room that had full-size lockers, and it was worth every bit of the $52,640 I paid.

My hotel room was terrific and tidy, complete with an eating table and a great view. the location is incredible, right next to the Happo One Gondola and close to the nearest shuttle bus stops for Hakuba 47 and Happo One, as well as the Happo Bus Terminal and the Happo One ski lifts.

The breakfast and dinner were great with a variety of Japanese foods to try. the ski facilities were convenient, had a drying room and lockers. the staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure comfortable and enjoyable stays. They also had an amazing onsen, indoor and outdoor.
The rooms were quite dry and the humidifier was unclear to use. Some of the staff did not speak fluent English, making communication a bit difficult at times.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hakuba for a week and had an amazing experience. The traditional Japanese room with tatami mats was not only super comfortable but also kept me nice and warm during the cold weather. The attention to detail in the room, like the beautiful little touches and our private bath, added a touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near the visitor's center made it really easy for us to explore the area.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Our stay at Bergtour Marukita was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with the main bus terminal and shuttle buses to the ski resorts just a stone's throw away. We loved the fact that there were shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of skiing, the lockers and dry room for our snow gear were easily accessible. The highlight of our stay was definitely the onsen, especially the outdoor bath which allowed us to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The meals at the hotel were delicious, with a variety of seasonal and local produce. We particularly enjoyed their homemade jams and pastries. The staff at Bergtour Marukita were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay and even after we had left. They helped us locate and return some items we had left behind at the hotel. we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Bergtour Marukita for a wonderful stay in Hakuba.
